If you start to miss classes or don’t keep up with your chosen program, write to Support: info@flos.com so we can suggest a solution. For example, we can transfer you to another course or suspend your studies. If those options don’t work for you, you can get a refund under these rules.
How to get a refund?
Write a letter in free form with a request to return to the email address: info@flos.com.
The support service specialist will calculate the Refund Amount, report it and send the refund application form, which must be completed, signed and sent by reply to the email address: info@flos.com.
If the Services were paid for by a legal entity, then the application must be signed by an authorized representative, and a copy of the document confirming its authority (for example, a copy of the power of attorney) must be attached to the return application.
When will we return the money?
If the Student paid for the Services on their own, we will pay the refund amount within 10 business days from the date of the application.
If the services were paid for by a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, then we pay the refund amount within 20 business days from the date of the application.
Where will the money return?
The refund amount is paid to the Payer according to the bank details from which the payment for the Services was made.
If the return of funds using the details from which the payment for services was made is not possible, then the Payer is obliged to inform about this in a letter that must be sent to the email address: info@flos.com no later than the date of the application.
Access to the materials in the Personal Account on our online platform is closed after the return.
